**There has been a delay of emails going to Yahoo and AOL through no fault of our own. If you use one of these email servers, it's possible there will be a delayed response from you because your Yahoo servers are temporarily overwhelmed.**

Other information that may be helpful:

  • As of December 2020, the website is being hosted on a different platform. All of our customer info was imported into this new system. If you were a former customer, please shoot us and email and we will send you an account activation link. 
  • We do not have a "waitlist" for VIP Backstage Experiences. Once the date is sold out, no more passes will be available. 
  • All ticket sales are handled through the concert venues. We have no information about tickets.
  • We do not offer any personalized autographs on photos or CDs. 
  • Requests for bookings, promotion, charity requests or personal requests will not be answered. Only Rick's management should be contacted with these types of requests.
